Further to our chat earlier today, I can confirm that our client is prepared to pay the asking rent of £xxxx per annum (exclusive) with 3 months rent free.
I can also confirm that this offer is made on a ‘best and final’ basis and is subject to A2 planning consent, which is a permitted change of use and a 10 day exchange of contracts.
